The choice of credit cards is amazing. It is getting more and more difficult to make the right choice to be satisfied with card and its options. One more important thing applying for a credit card: apply for a card that you are eligible for to avoid rejections that can damage you credit score.

Thanks for sharing all that info – too many people sign up for credit cards right now without really knowing what they are getting themselves into and it’s a big problem. The credit card companies make it way too easy for consumers to fall into debt, they can change their rates, and they tack on hidden costs like interchange fees. I know I hate having to read all the fine print on things like this, but I feel that most consumers probably don’t read through credit card offers in their entirety and get surprised when they get hit by them. Hopefully consumers will start reading more and take advice like yours on this issue, but I feel if credit card companies are left to their own devices they will keep making it harder to follow their fees and charges. A group I work with, www.unfaircreditcardfees.com, is trying to help educate people too, a that’s an important first step I believe.
